The process is simple and the repair time is rapid. You simply complete the form, we return a repair estimate and you send us the key via secured registered post. We receive the key, repair it same day and dispatch it back to you.
How it works
Step 1.
Submit Key Details
Complete the form with your full details, an accurate description of the issue and include one or more image of the broken key and submit this to us.
Step 2.
Request Repair
One of our locksmiths will review your request, assess the exact repairs required and email you a repair request where you input the details and make the payment.
Step 3.
Innovation
You receive your order confirmation email with the exact instructions on where to send the key to. You print this confirmation and send it with your keys via an express postal or courier service of your choice. Our recommendation is Express Post with An Post. Please ensure you include your order confirmation which details your contact information.
Step 4.
Repair
We receive the key and repair it the same day. Once the key has been repaired it will be dispatched with a next day courier service. Once dispatched you will be emailed your tracking information. Our standard courier service is Fastway but you will also have the option of choosing DHL Express for an additional €20.
Step 5.
Receive your Key
You will receive your repaired car key from the courier.
