If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Repairs ordered before 12:00 noon will receive same day collection with Fastway or An Post depending on location.

All deliveries within Ireland are delivered free of charge for purchases totalling more than €25.00. All orders under €25.00 are subject to a carriage fee of €8.00.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions outside our control, delivery may take longer than usual. We are aiming to get all deliveries dispatched on time. If you have any queries, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
